We can setup in any PUBLIC beach or park location as well as the convenience of your own backyard! Here's a couple of our personal favorite locations

Vinoy Park

Possibly our favorite location here at InstaPicnic & Co! The sunsets here are dreamy, with the sun setting behind the high rises. And when its dark the St. Pete skyline is beautiful. The convenience of being a block away from all of the restaurants and bars in St. Pete is also a bonus!

Madeira Beach

One of our favorite beach locations! There is a large pay-to-park parking lot right here and public restrooms. Not to mention, Madeira Beach is one of the few alcohol friendly beaches!

Pass-a-grille

Another beautiful beach location that always feels a little more private compared to the other St. Pete beaches!

St. Pete Pier

The views of downtown St. Pete from the park on the Pier are absolutely stunning. There seems to be a little less foot traffic over here versus Vinoy Park. Please keep in mind that traffic control does shut off the Pier to cars once the parking lots are full.

Picnic Island Park

What a great little hidden treasure in Tampa! A great place to watch the sunset on the beach without driving all the way to the Gulf (if you live in Tampa). Park closes at dusk, therefore parties can only last until half hour before sunset.

Davis Island Beach

Another great hidden spot in Tampa that provides beach feels, close to downtown!

Plant Park

In the heart of downtown Tampa, this park is hard to beat! Close to restaurants and bars to move your party to after your picnic!

We're always willing to work with your preferences. We only kindly ask, if you'd like to setup in an event rental space that you book the space on your own. Then we can show up and set up! If you'd like us to do the work of booking the space, we will charge a consulting fee.

What about locations outside of Tampa Bay?

As we are based in St. Pete, we will travel anywhere within 25 miles of downtown St. Pete for free. We are willing to travel outside of Tampa Bay for a distance fee. Distance fees are as follows:

26-40 miles from downtown St. Pete: $50

41-60 miles: $100

61-101 miles: $250

>101 miles: contact for a quote
